We work from detail to design, from syntax to style, to make sure your resume, your cover letter or your other application documents will get the result you want and expect.

We deal with all ranges for career-minded individuals; from Executives and Senior Managers, IT professionals, Sales and Marketing professionals, General Managers, Account Managers, Customer Services staff through to graduates just starting their careers.

Cover Letters:
We know that both your resume and a cover letter are critical to your success in applying for any role.  We use the key details from your resume, and from a relevant job advert to create the cover letter that will make a difference between you and the next candidate. Do not risk tarnishing your golden resume through not taking the time and effort to create a cover letter that draws the reader to your resume.

Please note that we do not create Cover Letters as an individual service.  We will create them as part of our resume service should you need one. We can create either a generic cover letter that you can personalise, or we can create cover letters targeted to the specific role you are preparing for. It is important to understand the value of a well crafted cover letter, it is the icing on the cake for a great resume.

Selection Criteria:
Increasingly for many senior and executive opportunities prospective employees are expected to prepare a document that responds to defined criteria, in detail. Not addressing these specified selection criteria clearly and concisely will exclude you from further consideration. Therefore critical for progression in the interview and selection process for these roles is a well crafted "Addressing Selection Criteria" document.  We have the skills and experiences that will ensure you are addressing the criteria requested.
